Basic Set Up
You need these 3 things for a web site:
- A domain name, such as delrio-design.com. These run about $10 a year for a .com name.
- A web host. This is the actual computer where your web site will reside on the internet. Delrio Design is a Hostgator reseller and will handle all aspects of your hosting. Web hosting starts at $5 per month and is billed yearly.
- Your web site design. This is what we do. These start at $600 for a very simple web site like this one.
If we design your web site, Delrio Design will help set up your domain name.
Lisa has extensive experience with Search Engine Optimization, Google Webmaster Tools and Google Maps. We design all websites to be search engine friendly. We follow the latest Google webmaster guidelines.
Additional Services
Twitter and Facebook
We can create a Facebook fan page for you, set you up in Twitter, and link it all to your website or blog. And teach you how to do it all yourself, if you'd like.
Blogs
Delrio Design can set up a blog for you and show you how to update it yourself. See Lisa's blog here.
Maintenance
Delrio Design will maintain your website for you. Or, if you have basic computer skills, the software and the time, Lisa will be happy to train you to do it yourself.
Your web hosting account will come with virtually unlimited email accounts. Delrio Design can set up and maintain email accounts with your domain name, such as lisa@yournewwebsite.com or gary@yournewwebsite.com. You can set up a separate email account for each of your employees.
Contact Forms
We can create interactive forms on your site, such as contact forms, comment forms or even job applications.
Simple E-Commerce
Delrio Design can help you set up a Paypal account and link to it from your web site.
